Trade Accountant Analyst General SummaryThis position is responsible for performing accounting and analytical functions related to the objective of producing timely, accurate, reliable and relevant deductions related financial information effectively and efficientlyEssential Duties and Responsibilitieso Assist Senior GL Accountant-Revenue with the following: month end journal entries, analysis and reporting for all trade spend accounts within required timeframes; maintain detailed supporting schedules and perform detailed account reconciliation and analysis; Assist in financial and internal audits; Perform audit of deductions accrued and reportedo Provide weekly deductions and rebate reporting to field sales, broker partners and deductions managemento Provide weekly metrics and KPI reporting for deductions managemento Provide ad-hoc reporting as needed by management, including but not necessarily limited to: Sales, Trade Marketing, Accounting, and Finance.o Make suggestions for improvements of all processes and systems within functional area.Requirements: Job SpecificationsThis section identifies the minimum job specifications required to perform the job.A.
