Where you train our Leaders and Receptionists

to help members lose weight and feel good about themselves?

 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:

·  Training and skill development of Receptionists, Leaders, and Mentors

 

MAJOR QUALIFICATION:

·  Successful experience in instructional delivery, with exceptional oral communication skills

 

 In addition

·  Trainers are team players, with great interpersonal and customer care skills

·  Have the ability to use time management effectively to work independently in a field position from a home office

·  Have basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

·  Are within Weight Watchers weight goal range

·  Are willing to work nights and weekends

·  Travel includes overnights throughout the territory including occasional 3 day extended trips

·  Applicants living in either the greater OKC or Tulsa areas preferred

·  Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
