KIK Memphis procures, blends, fills and packages a wide variety of liquid personal care products.

We are seeking an energetic, roll up your sleeves-lead-by-example WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR to join the KIK - Memphis team. This position requires dock trafficking experience in manufacturing/production environment. The initiative to identify, recommend and implement continuous improvements, and relationship building skills will provide the edge over others interviewing for this position. Other advantages would include ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced warehouse juggling multiple priorities. Immediate challenges in this position –maintaining quality and efficiency of daily warehouse shift operations in support of manufacturing. ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Supervise daily warehouse operations Responsible for supervision and motivation of warehouse employees Maintains clean and safe work environment Training and documentation of warehouse employees and documentation of all functions in which each Warehouse forklift operator has been trainedOrganizes work by confirming product specificationsFollow all GMP and Warehouse Standard Operating ProceduresWarehouse functions as related to the safe and proper receipt, storage, staging and de-staging of components and shipment of finished goods





Ideal candidate will be improvement driven with a desire to achieve and possesses:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE SUPERVISING A MANUFACTURING FACILITY WAREHOUSE OPERATION.College degree preferredAt least 3 years supervisory experienceUnderstanding of MRP II, JD Edwards, or related scanner systemsKnowledge of Warehouse functions including familiarity with receiving and shipping protocolsForklift certification and Forklift TrainerDetail oriented, Problem solving decision maker with strong computer skills and innovative in problem solvingReliable and willing to work overtime and changing schedulesMust be a good communicator (verbal and written)Must be proficient in MS Excel and MS WordMust be a leader with a high sense of urgency with strengths in managing multiple priorities in an organized and proactive manner
