This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced supervisor used to a high volume fast paced work environment.

Basic Job DescriptionReviews project requirements and sets clear team goals to meet production demands.  Directs, trains, and monitors staff on daily projects and programs.  Meets regularly with the Account Management team and Fulfillment Supervisors to ensure client requirements are met and new projects are implemented and maintained successfully. Coordinates staff and equipment use throughout the organization to optimize utilization.  Provides accurate and timely reports on project progress as related to prescribed schedule and budget.  Immediately notifies management when adjustments are required.  Proactively communicates with all parties when deadlines, plans, and other related items change.
