We are currently searching for a Web Supervisor within the Marketing department.  This position is responsible for the “look and feel” and front-end development of all Arbonne Web Properties.  The Web Supervisor will work with the Creative Director and technology partners across divisions to assist in achieving a world class website that supports the marketing and service needs of our customers, agents and employees.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Lead resource for web design and development. Develop web pages and templates for use with a content management system. Create, modify and optimize graphical element in accordance to branding standards. Manage technical aspects of website management. Work with IT resources. Webmaster activities as needed (i.e. domain management, etc.). Support creation of HTEML email templates as needed. Develop standards and best practices for web development.

 

Mandatory Qualifications: Minimum 3 years experience in web design and development. Experience with Dreamweaver templates and publishing in a Macintosh environment. Must be proficient at writing clean, cross-browser compliant HTML / XHTML / CSS. Prior experience designing and coding pure CSS layouts. Must have an appreciation and understanding of user interface design elements (graphics, usability and information architecture). Familiarity with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures (source code management and development practices). Strong knowledge of web tools and utilities, concepts and application design. Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple constituents and teammates. Proficient in Flash and Action Script. Bachelor’s Degree. Experience in developing multi-tiered web applications a plus. Beauty, Cosmetics or Direct Sales industry experience a plus.
