DeVry University is currently seeking high quality, part-time instructors for graduate courses.

All applicants must possess a Master's degree or higher from a regionally accredited college or university, in the appropriate teaching field or in a closely related field.

Desirable qualities that applicants should possess: * Previous training or teaching experience. * Excellent 'soft' skills: people skills, empathy and patience. * Ability to adapt to different learning styles in the classroom. * Desire to coach and mentor students. * Ability to integrate online resources with on-site instruction.

The interview process for selected candidates consists of: * Phone and in-person interview with program dean. * Brief presentation on a topic chosen by candidate.
