ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF STUDENT FINANCIAL SERVICES

 

We seek a motivated leader who will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal and State regulations and internal policies and procedures.

 

The Associate Director is responsible for serving the needs of students in the Financial Aid and Loan processes.  This seasoned professional will help lead our Student Financial Services Department and assist in recruiting, training, developing and managing a staff of Financial Aid Officers. 

 

This position requires superior technical knowledge, leadership, organizational abilities and excellent customer service skills.

 

Other qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and Supervisory or Management experience in Student Financial Aid preferably in a post-secondary institution.
