RESPONSIBILITIES:
Resolve student payment problems, counsel students on alternatives
Assist with collections of past due student accounts
Process student tuition/ fee payments
Process student refund letters
Print student refund checks
Back up Front Desk and Cashier
Prepare deposits

REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma / GED
Cash Handling Experience
Accounts receivable experience preferred
Data entry and 10 key skills
Organized and detail oriented
Computer skills including Excel and Word
Basic accounting knowledge is required
Ability and willingness to learn
