Passion isn't everywhere, but at UTI it's a driving force. Join a team of passionate, real people at Universal Technical Institute in Norwood, MA. We seek an Active Student Advisor to provide continual Financial Aid support and guidance for active students.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete all follow-up procedures and Financial Aid Packages for all active students
Responsible for timely submission of all 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level loans
Counsel active students ensuring their complete understanding of their Financial Aid Package
Responsible for clearing up any discrepancies on the Active Student Reports
Collect all documentation to complete student files

REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma / GED
One year prior Financial Aid experience
One to two years customer service experience
Must be detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills with the ability to operate office machinery
Some college courses preferred
