Admissions Representative Job Description At Gibbs College – Vienna, our culture is one that thrives on helping people academically, personally and professionally for the opportunities life will present to them. Our Admissions Representatives sell degree and certificate programs to prospective students. Duties include recruiting new students to achieve budgeted enrollment goals for each term and conversion goals for each stage of the recruitment process by turning individual inquiries into enrollments, and guiding your enrollees up to graduation. Our Admissions Sales Representatives also facilitate the student recruitment process through intensive interviewing that includes telemarketing, personal selling, and generating leads through corporate and community outreach.
