Admissions Representative - Nashville

You will represent programs that offer certificate, diploma and Associate degree programs designed to provide our students with the knowledge and skills necessary to qualify them for employment in the legal and healthcare fields.  Prior Admissions experience would be a welcome asset. Our campus is located in a new 26,000 sq ft. building at I-40 and Briley Parkway to serve our 300+ students.  You will be working with a dedicated staff representing programs that foster student learning and the opportunity to launch, enhance, or change careers.  Our current programs include: Health Care   Medical Assistant (Diploma)   Medical Office Specialist (Diploma)   Medical Billing & Coding (Diploma)  Dental Assisting (Diploma)  Legal Studies   Criminal Justice (Associate of Applied Science)   General Practice Paralegal (Certificate)   Paralegal Studies (Associate of Applied Science) What you will do: 1. Interviewing applicants through telephone contact and (face-to-face) personal interviews, to determine motivation, interest, effort and ability to qualify for various programs.  Reviewing programs, and touring facility with prospective students. Discussing accreditation, Placement assistance, and Student services with each prospective student. Handling student Enrollment application process. Conducting daily interviews, monitoring enrollment activities and updating/tracking leads, including leads you develop as well.
