Admissions Representatives Job Description At the International Academy of Design & Technology –Las Vegas, our culture is one that thrives on helping people academically, personally and professionally for the opportunities life will present to them. If you are someone who is goal-oriented, seeks new professional challenges, and has an established record in sales, then you belong on our team.   Our Admissions Representatives sell degree and certificate programs to prospective students. Duties include recruiting new students to achieve budgeted enrollment goals for each term and conversion goals for each stage of the recruitment process by turning individual inquiries into enrollments, and guiding your enrollees up to graduation. Our Admissions Sales Representatives also facilitate the student recruitment process through intensive interviewing that includes telemarketing, personal selling, and generating leads through corporate and community outreach.   Successful Candidates will have: * 1+ years of inside and/or outside sales experience * Ability to achieve enrollment goals under set deadlines * Outstanding communication skills * Bachelor’s degree preferred   If you have a proven sales record and thrive in a fast-paced environment that rewards performance, we want to talk to you.
