Admissions Training Developer/Administrator

You will transform the e-learning system into a leading curriculum and can expect to routinely be involved in the following:- E-learning development with the VP of Admissions, Training and Development as well as the National Director of Admissions, Training and Development- Management and administration of e-learning curriculum for all 70 campuses- Development and tracking outcomes of e-learning programs and curriculum- Assisting in new training rollouts to campuses as modules are developed- Survey training rollouts and assess performance, effectiveness and comprehension- Responding to training material feedback and adapt programs as needed- Maintaining a library of sales training modules and procedures- Assisting with the national DOA ConferenceQualifications:Ideal candidate must possess a Bachelors Degree, minimum 3 years in instructional design and e-learning development, and proficiency in Adobe Presenter and Microsoft Office Suite. Learning Management Systems experience a plus.
