After School Site Assistants

Knowledge Learning Corporation School Partnerships is a fast growing company that provides before and after school enrichment programs in schools throughout the nation. 

 

This position is responsible for assisting in the daily planning, management and supervision of children.  The Site Assistant is also responsible for communicating with parents as appropriate.

 

Qualified candidate must demonstrate knowledge, training and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.  This will include, but not limited to, experience working within a childcare or education setting, and outstanding interpersonal skills.  Candidate must have a love of children.  Education college credits or a degree a plus.

 

Candidate must be capable of bending, crouching or kneeling at children’s level and be able to lift children weighing up to 50 pounds.  Candidate must also be able to reach at and above shoulder height and must be capable of frequent changes of position throughout the work shift.  Candidate may be required to drive van with children.

 

Indoor environment for the position is typical of a childcare/ school setting.  Candidate may be required to be outdoors for short periods of time.
