Endicott College is a Baccalaureate and Master degree granting institution located on the North Shore of Massachusetts.  Endicott enrolls more than 1850 undergraduates and 1100 Master’s and Professional Studies students on its Beverly Campus.  The College also has campuses in Mexico City and Madrid.

 

ASSISTANT/ASSOCIATE DEAN OF STUDENTS.

 

Endicott College is seeking an individual to assist with the management of a comprehensive Student Development program.  The person in the position will have direct responsibility for one or more of the following functional areas: Residence Life, Campus Safety, Student Activities, Food Service, Counseling, Health Services, Judicial, Chaplain or Community Services.  Advises student groups, participates in the disciplinary process and communicates with students and families to resolve issues.  Preparation for this position includes a Master Degree in Higher Education Administration (Student Development/Counseling) and 2 – 5 years pertinent Student Development experience in a 4-year college/university.  The preferred candidate will have prior managerial experience, excellent computer skills, ability and willingness to work nights and weekends, good oral/written communication skills and feel comfortable in a high-traffic, fast paced environment, handling multiple issues.
