Assistant Clinical Director

Crossroads School is seeking a dynamic, creative individual to work in our day school servicing children ages 3-16.  The Assistant Clinical Director will be responsible for developing and monitoring behavior intervention plans, training staff on implementation of these plans, conducting research and providing direct services. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional clinical, managerial, social and organizational skills. Crossroads School is a non-profit, DOE approved day program for children on the autism spectrum.
