Assistant Director of Nursing - Anaheim

American Career College (ACC) has been helping people succeed for 30 years, and we are currently recruiting for a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing for our Anaheim campus. This is an outstanding opportunity for a service oriented individual to help our students begin their journey toward their new careers.

 

As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will fulfill outlined administrative functions for both clinical and theory components of the school.  Direct and coordinate clinical and theory staff.  Promote, maintain public relations and visit clinical facilities.  Interview and screen new applicants for the program.  Monitor attendance and performance of current students.  Also, assume full control of program in the absence of the Director of Nursing.

 

Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school is required, but an MSN is preferred.  Current California RN license and CPR with three (3) years practical experience within the last five (5) years and a minimum of one (1) year administrative/teaching experience are required.
