Quincy College is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to step into a mid-level supervisory role assisting the Dean of Plymouth Campus Services in all day-to-day campus operations , including but not limited to: assisting in managing the admissions process, enrollment services, supervising and scheduling of staff, recruiting students, managing student tracking system, advising students, and coordinating all aspects of the admissions.

This position will act as a team leader focusing on and modeling the provision of quality customer service and the facilitation of teamwork, and will oversee the front desk activities, staffing and related scheduling.  This position is responsible for increasing the standard of student satisfaction and for building effective and professional partnerships with other college offices to increase the quality of services provided.  Occasional local travel is required.  Primary duties include, but not limited to:

Educational Criteria:  Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications: A minimum of three (3) years experience in college administration, strong communication skills and a sincere desire and willingness to serve a multi cultural population.  Demonstrated leadership skills required, 1-year supervisory experience preferred.
