Assistant to the Registrar Job Description As part of Career Education Corporation, one of the world’s largest providers of private higher education, Brown College, is proud of its quality programs, dedicated faculty and reputation for excellence. We are looking for a full time Assistant to the Registrar to support the Registrar/Director of Academic Affairs. Position Requirements include: Data entry of student data and course grades in the Campus 2000 system. Help maintain student academic files in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Print and issue grade reports and transcripts as needed. Maintain student records filing system. Complete enrollment and deferment forms. Mail transfer credit evaluation letters. Process student status changes in Campus 2000. Enter transfer credits in Campus 2000. Record student attendance on a daily basis SKILLS/ABILITIES: Knowledge of standard office procedures, data entry systems and high level understanding/use of (Word, Excel, Intranet, Outlook). Excellent customer service, time management and organization skills. Ability to greet everyone in a positive and friendly manner.
