Associate Director - Curriculum (4185BR)

The Yale School of Management (SOM) seeks an Associate Director for Curriculum to manage the administrative and operational aspects of the School’s curriculum in support of its goals and mission. Reporting to the Director of Student and Academic Services, the Associate Director is responsible for the registrar, international academic program, Leadership Development Program, International Exchange and Entrepreneurial Internship Program. This individual will contribute to feedback, evaluation, development processes to ensure smooth, effective, efficient implementation of curriculum initiatives.  Serve as project manager/liaison with faculty, alumni, student focus groups, outside firms, individuals and SOM offices involved in case development to facilitate on-going development, improvement and implementation of curriculum. Act as an expert resource for faculty, students and faculty support for course support systems and coordinate/facilitate curriculum meetings. Act as a conduit for flow of information and a resource to faculty developing courses. Make recommendations to faculty on use/flow of information and resources to optimize course content and development.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of four years of related professional experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
