Account Service CoordinatorCultural Care Au PairAs an Account Services Coordinator (ASC) based in our Cambridge, MA headquarters, you will serve as an ambassador for the au pair program. You will communicate daily over the phone and on email with host families, field staff and colleagues to answer their inquiries, direct them to the appropriate resource and help support them through their experience in the areas of customer service, account management and adherence to program regulations. Your friends might describe you as having a natural talent for listening but also for bringing conversations to a productive results oriented close. Youre a quick learner and resourceful, your communication skills are superior and your commitment to customer service and quality is second to none. To be successful, you will need to demonstrate proficient Microsoft Office skills and be comfortable using databases or online resources. You will need to successfully define problems, accurately collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions all the while providing excellent phone and customer service skills. You are someone who thrives in working independently but is also a team player. The ideal candidate will have some previous sales account management experience and/or experience in a high outbound transactional, customer service call center or sales environment; be able to multi-task with ease, has strong attention to detail and enjoys a fast paced environment where the day flies by. In addition to a generous salary this position will be eligible for monthly performance based bonuses.
