Cultural Care Au Pair is the leading flexibly, affordable, live-in au pair program in the industry and has been in operation since 1989. Cultural Care is a US government-designated program allowing young people the opportunity to experience America for a year. Au Pairs live as family members and attend courses at a local college. In exchange, they offer their host families up to 45 hours per week of live-in childcare. Host families are able to bring a little of the world into their homes and au pairs have the chance to spend a year with an American family. The Cultural Care Au Pair Travel team is responsible for all flights components for Au Pairs! As a Travel Operations Coordinator (TOC), your job is to research our airline contracts, negotiate ad hoc rates, and to book the best possible flight itineraries for our customers while staying within strict budgetary guidelines and quality standards. You are responsible for maintaining and monitoring the booked space until the date of departure. You are in constant contact with EFs representatives at our partner airlines and work very closely with other internal EF and CCAP departments to ensure the smooth production of arrivals and departures. Candidates must be very detail-oriented and deadline driven, but flexible and willing to shuffle daily priorities in order to tackle more urgent tasks. You will work with people and flights from all over the world.
