Before & After School Site Directors

Knowledge Learning Corporation School Partnerships is a fast growing company that provides before and after school enrichment programs in schools throughout the nation. 

 

This position is responsible for the daily planning and implementation of the curriculum; communication with parents and school personnel; recruiting new students to the program; and daily financial paperwork and maintaining records. 

 

Qualified candidates must demonstrate knowledge, training and experience to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.  This will include, but not be limited to, experience working within a childcare or education setting, outstanding interpersonal skills, and some financial management skills. 

 

Candidate must meet state requirements for the position.  Candidate must have experience in children's programs with at least 1 year of management experience.  First Aid and CPR along with state childcare worker (40 hour) certification required.

 

Candidate must be capable of bending, crouching or kneeling at children’s level and be able to lift children weighing up to 50 pounds.  Candidate must also be able to reach at and above shoulder height and must be capable of frequent changes of position throughout the work shift.  Candidate may be required to drive van with children.

 

Indoor environment for the position is typical of a childcare/ school setting.  Candidate may be required to be outdoors for short periods of time.
