Behavioral Therapist (Floor-Time Therapy)

We are a boutique pediatric therapy private practice located in Encino, CA that provides Early Intervention services to children (birth - 6 years of age) with developmental disabilities. Our services include quality Floor-Time Therapy, Child Development Specialists, Early Intervention Classes, Speech- Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, & Physical Therapy to families with children with special needs. We are looking for professional, dedicated, caring people who are looking for a relaxed, enjoyable work environment, who love working with children and their families. Should have a background with early intervention (birth - 6 years of age). Must be able to work independently and have good interpersonal skills. Position requires Therapists to create rapport with parents and to be able to design and implement Floor-Time strategies with children and their families.  

 

 REQUIREMENTS Ideal for candidates who want to be a part of a professional early intervention interdiciplinary team (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physcial Therapy, Floor- Time Therapy, Early Intervention), and who like to be creative and have fun working with young children and their families. Must be able to work independently and have good interpersonal skills. Position requires Therapists to create rapport with parents, teachers and theraputic team members, as well as to be able to design and implement Child Development/ Floor-Time strategies with the children and their families within the home and school environment. Work hours are flexible (part-time & full-time hours available). Ideally looking for candidates who can work morning hours 8 - noon.
