For us, there is no finish.CONTROLLERPurpose of PositionAssist CFO and shareholders by directing the financial activities of the organization. Prepare financial analysis of operations which includes interim and final financial statements and the supporting schedules amongst others.Supervisory responsibilities:Directly supervises employees and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Other responsibilities:Oversee the activities of Accounts Payable, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, petty cash, core employee expense reports, cash control, core payroll processing and total corporate payroll tax compliance.Oversee the activities of the Accounts Receivable Department to ensure the accurate and timely management of all Accounts Receivable aging components including billings, cash receipts application, etc; funding which includes weekly funding reports; quarter and year-end payroll Establish and maintain systems and controls which verify the integrity of all systems, processes and data, and enhance the Company's value. Qualifications/requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with CPA certification is a plus. • Should have 5-10 years hands-on experience in all aspects of accounting. • Proven supervisory experience. • Exceptional communication skills. • Proficient knowledge of Excel, problem solving and analytical skills required.BILINGUAL ENGLISH / SPANISH A MUST.Computer Equipment and Software Requirements: Desire knowledge in MAS90 or equivalent software package; Crystal Reports and FRx knowledge is a plus.FOR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, PLEASE SEND MICROSOFT WORD COPY OF YOUR RESUME.Dare to Dream … Expect to Succeed!
