Job requires assisting the Director in developing and issuing RFQs, RFPs, evaluating quotes, proposals and bids. Process requisitions within established guidelines; Prepare purchase orders in accordance with requirements and delegation of authority. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, purchasing related field, including minimum one year work related experience, required. Experience in purchasing/contracting is preferred. Experience in procurement of facilities, goods and services are a plus. Excellent verbal skills are also required. Position #003869. Salary: Competitive.
