CAMPUS DIRECTOR

We are currently seeking a Campus Director for our Cincinnati, OH campus.Join our team and share in our belief that hard work leads to success!  Our mission is to provide high quality allied healthcare training programs that allow graduates to begin rewarding careers in the healthcare industry.  We are looking for individuals that have the vision and drive to assist in producing tomorrow’s skilled workforce. Campus Directors are responsible to plan, organize and direct Career Services, Student Recruitment, Admissions, and Financial Aid functions along with monitoring student outcomes and curriculum delivery. This is accomplished through careful administration and delegation of human and financial resources, at the campus level while meeting the companies’ business objectives. Candidate must have Bachelors in Business or related field and at least 3 years progressively responsible management experience (preferably in an educational environment).

 

Preferred candidates will possess

-  4 year college degree

-  3+ years of progressively responsible management responsibilities

-  Superior communication skills

-  Effective organizational skills

-  Budget Experience

-  Polished & professional demeanor

-  Experience in an educational environment

-  Computer knowledge including; Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet Explorer

-  Ability to plan, coordinate and manage day-to-day activities
