We seek a CTG Education Specialist - Audi to teach OEM classes at OEM facilities by delivering approved curriculum and supervising shop activities
.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow teaching schedules to assure optimum use of lab space and assures adequate instruction time for all students while ensuring a safe and clean environment in classroom and shop
Monitor the condition of vehicles/training aids and equipment in the OEM facility
Maintain vehicle logs (as needed) to assure proper recording of use of client vehicles and compiles vehicle/training and repair orders accurately
Perform CSI inspections of all training aids/vehicles under supervision
Prepare student grade reports
Inspect and inventory hand tools and training aids with the OEM site manager, and prepare parts orders accurately to be presented to the OEM manager
Attend meetings with other instructors to resolve and improve on-going issues
Review training expenses with the Director of Operations to assure continued operation within CTG budget
Recommend changes and modifications to curriculum and lab/shop projects, as needed, to improve operations and assure customer satisfaction




REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 years of training/education experience (may substitute appropriate BS or MS degree for up to 3 years)
Minimum 5 years of field experience in the fields being taught
Meet all Client's training requirements for OEM classes under supervision
Demonstrated leadership qualities
Ability to write clearly and concisely
Word processing experience
Some travel required
