Campaign Analyst

Job Summary:

 

Under the direction of the Supervisor of Campaign Analysis, the Campaign Analyst is responsible for the implementation, tracking, and analysis of traditional and partner borrower campaigns, including: data mining; segmentation, list processing and reporting, analysis of campaign website activity; development and execution of ad hoc and recurring campaign and portfolio reports.  In addition the Campaign Analyst is responsible for the application of database systems, analytical software, and other technical resources.  Traditional campaigns are focused on targeted borrower segments to address specific trends within ASA’s portfolio and/or specific needs identified by Borrower Services and other ASA division managers.  Partner campaigns are focused on targeted borrower segments as identified in collaboration with a school and/or lender/servicer, Borrower Services department managers, and other ASA divisions (Lender and School Services, Marketing, Business Development)

 

Essential Functions:Create and implement traditional and partner campaign data files based on requirements from Borrower Services management, other ASA divisions and partners. Maintain oversight of campaign data files to ensure data accuracy and on-schedule delivery. Possess an in-depth understanding of ASA’s data resources, including operational databases, data maintenance procedures, and information flows with external partners.Develop and produce recurring and ad hoc data analysis related to both traditional and partner campaigns for Borrower Services management, other ASA divisions, and ASA partners.Develop and maintain proficiency with campaign management and reporting software.Investigate data integrity issues which impact the department’s work, and recommend appropriate solutions, including database enhancements and procedural workarounds. Observe all standard operating procedures and corporate privacy and data security policies.  Remain current and in compliance with corporate, industry, divisional and department process changes, as well as regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree required, or equivilent experience1+ years experience in a data analysis or research environment; financial services or market research industry experience a plusProficiency with MS Excel and MS Access; experience with SQL a plusExperience with direct marketing campaign management software a plus
