Career Services Advisor

This individual will be responsible for administering career and employment assistance to all students/graduates in order for the placement goals to be met. This position serves on the school senior leadership team. This position will be based in Baltimore, MD. 

Responsibilities include:

• Organize and maintain detailed employment information on all graduates and track placement rates for each program.

• Provide career assistance through workshops, course instruction, or personal advisement in general career exploration, decision-making, resume writing and job search skills to students and graduates.

• Maintain active and positive relationships with employers, in order to ensure significant jobs for graduates.

• Cultivate relationships with all school and corporate personnel.
