Position Overview
Under the supervision of the Regional Director, the Center Director will maximize Center level profit growth, visit generation, sales, student improvement and staff development. They will form strong relationships with parents, forge relationships with schools and local businesses, as well as teach and inspire their students.

SCORE! is looking for leaders who can run our educational centers by bringing talent and perspective to our core operations and business strategy. We need individuals who can immediately impact our company and who will demonstrate the ability to develop other Directors into successful managers and leaders, marketers, sales people and role models for children.


Required SkillsBachelor DegreeMinimum 2 years experience of retail or sales management Entrepreneurial spirit Ability to confidently drive sales and enrollment interactions Persuasive and enthusiastic personality Desire to work with children and their families Verifiable sales and customer service experience Strong leadership ability, including motivating and developing others Initiative to grow a business by being held to aggressive growth results Desire to learn and grow professionally Exceptional communication skills

· Excellent academic record

· Experience in an education or membership setting preferred

·  Interest in impacting the education industry
