Position has full responsibility for all training and dissemination of payroll related information to Management, Departments and the University Community. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing payroll information needs and developing and implementing workshops to address needs, customer feedback tracking including implementing change based upon feedback, and working with systems in developing and maintaining the Payroll Department website content. Also work with Financial Information Systems in communicating system upgrades, technical enhancements as needed. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications or other related field; minimum 3 years experience in developing communication plans in a business or education environment; payroll or accounting experience highly desirable; excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
