RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct and participate in state educational institution application process, secure and maintain licensing in states in which the Company operates and/or from which students are recruited.
Ensure compliance with Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of technology (ACCSCT) accreditation standards.
Maintain organizational compliance with Department of Education regulations to ensure eligibility for Title IV funding.
Build and maintain relationships with accrediting and regulatory agencies, including supporting audit program reviews.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree required.
7-10 years direct experience in regulatory compliance, accreditation and licensing in higher education.
5 years management/supervisory experience.
In-depth knowledge of Department of Education regulations and applicable accreditation and state licensing requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage project timelines in a fast-paced work environment ensuring that deadlines are met.
Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and follow through on work.
Ability to provide flexible and adaptable work schedules.
Proficient in personal computer software applications including MS Office.
