Document management in connection with mergers and acquisitions, which will include organization and distribution of due diligence documents, tracking relevant details of the transactions and calendaring post-closing follow up items. Providing assistance to attorneys in connection with other special projects.This job provides exposure to a wide variety of legal experiences and the opportunity to participate in the rapid growth of our company! What are we looking for?  An individual who is highly organized, a fast learner and proactive. Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and a proven ability to sustain a high level of output and productivity. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team (demonstrates strong relationship-building and team leadership skills). Proficiency in Microsoft Office products. Familiarity with legal documents, contract and terminology. Demonstrable clear and concise communication skills. High school diploma with vocational training in an accredited paralegal program, bachelor’s degree preferred.
