DUTIES:
This position will work with the Director and Assistant Director of Masters Program Operations in the scheduling and planning of graduate level courses at the Robert H. Smith School of Business. The main focus of the position will be managing and maintaining the internal Networth website for all Smith graduate students. The Manager will work closely with Full-time and Part-time Program Managers to ensure the content of the website is both accurate and relevant to the students’ needs. The Manager will also participate in student focus meetings to assess the needs and user requirements for the website. This position will also assist in database management, maintenance, and registration processes for all graduate level courses.
QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university, or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years professional experience 1 year experience in web design and maintenance required 1 year experience working with database administration preferred Knowledge and demonstrated experience with cross-browser and cross-platform issues a plus (IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.) Knowledge of computer graphics packages a plus (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) Familiarity with the University Systems preferred Highly developed organizational and computer skills, strict attention to detail Must be self motivated and able to work on multiple projects/tasks at once Proven ability to communicate effectively with faculty, executives and office staff Friendly, flexible, service-oriented manner Ability and willingness to work extended hours as required
SALARY:
Mid 40’s-Low 50’s (Negotiable)
