Description: 

§ Design instructional materials for classroom type setting

§ Create curriculum based on senior management’s identification of key skill sets

§ Conduct/Coordinate classroom training sessions for new employees

§ Provide one-on-one training with employees based on their individual needs

§ Work with others on the training team and across all of TransPerfect to ensure a high level of consistency in training

§ Adjust and update all training materials on an as needed basis

§ Assessment of trainees and performance reporting

§ Identify focus areas for annual sales/production meeting

§ Become the foremost product and service expert in TransPerfect





Required Skills:  

 

§ Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

§ Excellent English communication (written and verbal) skills 

§ Strong interpersonal skills

§ The ability to lead, teach, and communicate effectively is required

§ Must be a HIGHLY ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC person with a love of teaching and learning

§ Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and evolving objectives

§ Experience with e-learning tools, distance learning, and evaluation metrics strongly preferred

§ Ability/willingness to travel approximately 10 - 20% of current schedule

§ The ability to take ownership of corporate education as an on-going initiative reaching all departments/ levels of employment

§ Effective time management skills
