Corporate Trainer

Huntington Learning Center is now hiring Corporate Trainers to join our growing team!

 

Huntington’s Corporate Trainers are integral members of our organization who interact daily with our franchise owners and franchise staff members, as well as with our corporate team.  Our Trainers help to ensure that each new owner and employee learns his or her role in meeting the Huntington mission of providing every student the best education possible.

 

Ideal Corporate Trainer Candidates Will:

·         Possess a minimum of a BA degree

·         Be strong communicators who are comfortable in front of groups ranging in size from 1 to 100+

·         Have a high level of energy and a positive demeanor

·         Have experience as a teacher or trainer (strongly preferred)

·         Have experience with MS Office – particularly Power Point

 

Experience with Huntington Learning Center is not required. Selected candidates will be placed in Corporate-owned centers for 6-12 months of training before moving into the role of Corporate Trainer. 

 

Full time Corporate Trainers generally work from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday with at least one Saturday per month.  Schedules during training will vary.  Positions are based out of the corporate office located in Oradell, NJ, but Trainers will travel periodically to Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, Los Angeles, Baltimore and other locations throughout the country.  The total travel for this position is roughly 25%.
