Creative Designer

Job Summary

RedVector, Inc., a Tampa, Florida-based online continuing education provider, is expanding its Marketing Department to include a Creative Designer. If selected, you will serve as a key member of the marketing team, driving online campaigns from concept, to design, to results tracking. RedVector owns and operates two online continuing education brands via redvector.com and care2learn.com. Both properties have very compelling product offerings and well defined target markets. We need you to help us increase the success of our online programs through compelling graphics, landing pages, multimedia components and easy-to-use interface designs.

What you need to qualify: 3+ years of online graphic design experienceExpert in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other graphic design softwareExpert knowledge in Flash, HTML and CSSStrong knowledge of AJAX and JavaScript is a plusDemonstrated experience designing for the web, email, and other online placements Experience with SEO best practices and PPC campaign strategy (close the loop from click to action)Ability to create compelling promotional ads that will appear on different areas of the site – including homepage, store page, and other navigation areas. The ability to listen and incorporate input from business leads into your designs, while still providing your own input and guidanceCreativity and an eye for what worksBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field is recommendedUnderstanding of eLearning is a plus!
