Curriculum Design Training Specialist

Learning Systems International (LSI) is a training company located in Washington, DC, that has a need for motivated individuals to develop and deliver technical training, including e-learning. Projects are based in the Washington, DC area, but most involve moderate to extensive travel. Some require flexible schedules. Full-time assignments are available immediately in training development and delivery. Benefits include health care and a profit sharing plan. All positions require the ability to pass a minimum background investigation conducted by a federal government agency.  Most require US citizenship.

 

Minimum requirements include:

 Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, e-mail, and Web-enabled applicationsBachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience

 

Some experience in developing or delivering training, HTML, Flash, multimedia or web development preferred. Knowledge of web design and development standards and/or ISD methodology helpful. Duties include, but are not limited to:

 Development and delivery of training to personnel (e-learning and paper-based)Support of end-users by writing and upgrading product documentation
