Customer Care Specialist I

Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Student Care-the Customer Care Specialist is responsible for interacting with prospective on- and off-campus students via telephone, e-mail and in person, conducting both inbound and outbound counseling, obtaining accurate and detailed customer information, and assisting prospective students in developing a positive relationship with and perception of Lesley University.


Education, Experience, and Skills:  
One to three years of professional experience with direct involvement in sales and/or customer service. Superior customer service skills and an outstanding telephone manner required. Must be able to take initiative, work independently, handle multiple projects, and set priorities. Computer experience required.
