Customer Relationship Management & Sales

The applicant will be responsible for increasing the sales of our company by (1) appealing to our customer list of 4000 through email, mail and phone, and (2) finding other organizations to partner with. Will also take orders by phone and respond to inquiries by phone and email. IAM is 20 years old and has a dedicated following. We offer a series of courses and products in four levels. We have a sophisticated database of all sales that the applicant will use with CRM techniques to identify potential customers for each course and product. 
Applicant must be friendly and outgoing, enjoy talking on the phone, be skilled in writing and have excellent computer skills, preferably with Macs. Experience with CRM is required. Must work in our Tucson office, directly with the founders of IAM. Health insurance is included.
