SWANK MOTION PICTURES Position SummaryProvides customer service to customers who benefit from the Continuing Education and Hospital Digital Cinema programs. Participates in special projects that arise with changes in the program content, technology and service.Essential FunctionsEstablishes and cultivates relationships with each level of our customers to insure that their needs and expectations are met. Every level of customer from the decision maker to the participant deserves our utmost diligence to meet their individual needs with urgency, recognizing their many time constraints. As a result, we will benefit from unquestionable contract renewals and positive referrals for our sales prospects. Establishes goals that relate to the objectives of the department. Goals to include communicating with every Site Coordinator at least monthly, at a time convenient for them, organizing daily priorities to achieve the goals, and requesting guidance and resources when necessary. Establishment of individual goals will assist management in maintaining appropriate staff levels to meet departmental goals.Maintains a confidential listing summarizing pertinent account information (such as point of contact, site codes and passwords, usage, etc.) and records all details of every customer conversation in the ARC Management System. Works independently and takes initiative so that each area within the division can prosper concurrently. Commits as a team member to assist with new or changing priorities and cross trains to be effective in this role. Also relies on the strengths of all team members to accurately respond to the questions and concerns of all customers. Seeks resources for continuous personal development. Professional RequirementsOne to three years of demonstrated success in the customer service field. Proven in developing positive customer relationships and seeking ways to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively seeks additional business through attention to quality customer service and understanding customers' goals.Utilizes Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer as well as internal database for communicating internally and externally, navigating the Swank website and recording details of all accounts.
