Rockland Community College, a unit of the State University of New York, located 25 miles from New York City in the lower Hudson Valley, is seeking to fill the following positions:

 

 

DEAN of CENTER for PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION

 

The Dean of Center for Personal and Professional Education is responsible for the development and continued growth of professional programs in health care, hospitality, computer-related technologies, financial, manufacturing, government and the service industry; monitoring existing and developing new workforce training initiatives for large and small businesses and continuing growth of life-long learning activities that serve the needs of the local communities. This individual reports to the Vice President of Academic Affairs and serves on the President’s Cabinet.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Must have experience with innovative planning and delivery of professional and life-long learning programs; excellent writing, presentation and financial management skills; a Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline; and a minimum of 3 years progressively responsible managerial experience. A combination of business and continuing education experience is highly desirable.

 

Salary Range: $70,394-$92,222
