Database Manager/Development Associate

Responsibilities include: Recording, accounting and acknowledging gifts to the school using Raiser’s Edge Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information on both the database and the individual files of school constituents Performing database and network maintenance (including back-up and retrieval) Coordinating statistical reports for NAIS, the Business Office, et al. Producing mailing lists and materials for publications and events Producing computer reports for internal use and for meetings Working directly with volunteers in several capacities including fundraising and other events Coordinate with other members of the support staff to provide back-up for reception duties and assistance with clerical tasks during heavy workload periods Support for all other activities of the Development Office.

 

 Additional Qualifications:

*Database experience essential

*Raisers Edge experience a plus
