Denison UniversityAssistant Construction ManagerDenison University, located in Granville, Ohio seeks an experiencedconstruction manager to help oversee the construction of approximately $60 million in new projects during the next 3 to 5 years. The successful candidate will act as the liaison between the university and construction management firms, design teams, contractors, and other project participants. Experience in all areas of construction design, project management, commissioning and budgetary control is required. A bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience is required. Experience in a university setting is desired. This temporary full-time position will last for the duration of the planned construction projects, estimated to be 3 to 5 years.
