Everest Institute - Ontario, CA CampusReq#: 08-0545 General Duties: For each program, achieve placement results consistent with Company guidelines and applicable regulatory agency standards. Organize and maintain documentation filed on all graduates and track placement rates for each program. Distribute, collect and summarize graduate and employer satisfaction surveys. Assist students and graduates through workshops, course instruction or personal advisement in the areas of general career exploration, decision-making, resume writing, and job search skills. Maintain an active lead generation system to ensure sufficient job opportunities are available for students and graduates. Make recommendations regarding curricula and job skills needed in the workplace. Maintain active and positive relationships with employers, sponsor on-campus recruiting, and participate in career fairs. Develop, coordinate and assist with externship and work related opportunities for students. Coordinate graduation ceremonies. Direct department staff in training and career advancement opportunities. Develop department goals and measurements Requirements: Bachelors degree and 3-5 years experience in business, sales or marketing 2+ years management experience Computer Job Board experience! Computer skills in MS Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to interact with all levels of individuals Detail-oriented problem solver with great multi-tasking and research skills Career Center or Human Resources experience preferred We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefit package including a comprehensive healthcare program and a 401k plan.
