Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will be a dedicated, student-centered individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to both interview and evaluate Title IV student packaging options.
• Must be proficient in verification and student eligibility criteria.
• Candidate must be able to work flexible hours especially during peak enrollment periods, be able to multitask, be computer literate and possess "attention to detail”.
• Five or more years of financial aid work experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desired.

• Five or more years of financial aid work experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is desired.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Management and employee training experience are required.
