Director of Admissions and Admissions Representative

 

Duties and Responsibilities

 

1.  Develops and implements recruitment strategies to attract students

2.  Act as student recruiter

3.  Develop marketing strategies ensure proper lead flow

6.  Excellent organizational skills

7.  Experience using web and other secondary research sources

8.  Strong interpersonal skills

9.  Self-directed with the ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities on a daily basis

10.  Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office.

11.  Aggressive marketing and sales skills

12.  Knowledge of admissions processes, policies, and compliance

 

·  Experience:

1.  Three or more years in an admissions capacity, preferably with a degree granting school

2.  Must have previous experience working in a goal-oriented sales or student enrollment operation

3.  Previous experience with recruitment and retention of students preferred

 

·  Education and Certifications:

1.  Bachelor's degree preferred

2.  Additional ongoing training, certifications, or seminar attendance desired
