Director of Business and Operations

The Director of Business and Operations plays an integral role leading and serving students and staff in the Enumclaw School District.  As a member of the Cabinet and the District Leadership Team the Director of Business and Operations, he/she will actively contribute ideas and wisdom through collaborative decision making processes that value a focus on helping all students achieve at high levels.

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

¨  Developing and monitoring district budget including grants administration, enrollment projections 

¨  Overseeing various district support department and related services 

¨  Participating as a key team member in Negotiations with Certificated and Classifed staff 

¨  Bond and levy work 

¨  Maintaining positive working relationships with city governments of Enumclaw and Black Diamond 

¨  Monitoring state and federal regulations as related to funds, revenues and expenditures 

¨  Supervision of various district employees
