With the growth PCI is experiencing, we are currently seeking a Director of Education for our Kansas City South and Kansas City North locations..

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Review academic programs continually to provide a quality education. Train and develop academic program coordinators through on-going professional development. Manage education programs and support services to promote improvement in student success and retention. Help the Executive Director in assuring that Federal and State regulations comply with report functions including, but not limited to, ACCSCT, and Missouri Department of Education. Ensure Accreditation agency criteria is met including all accreditation reports and activities. Monitor program coordinators (directly) and instructors (indirectly). Write college catalog and curriculum and keep updated with ACCSCT requirements. Develop and complete new faculty orientation. Facilitate monthly faculty meetings. Arrange for quarterly in-service. Maintain faculty academic folders.

POSITION REQUIREMENTSA bachelor’s degree or higher is required. 2-5 years of proprietary school education training experience preferred Ability to hire, train and supervise instructors in a variety of disciplines. Ability to manage and motivate professionals as a cohesive, responsive team. Strong research and critical thinking skills. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Teaching experience preferred.
